Certified Plus Diamonds Return Policy On Diamonds:

You have 10 full days to decide if you wish to keep you Certified-Plus Diamonds diamond order. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 10 days from the time postal records indicate that your Certified-Plus Diamonds order was signed as received and you will receive a full refund for the purchase price minus the cost of the shipping on any diamond purchase.

Return shipment must be received by Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) postmarked on or before ten (10) days from the date postal or Federal Express records indicate your order was signed for and received. You will not be reimbursed for your return until your return order has been received and inspected by Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) See Payment Procedures

Be careful who you have examine or mount your Certified-Plus Diamond. If you choose to return your Certified-Plus Diamond purchase, it must be in the original condition indicated by our records and its diamond grading report(s). Once your return order is confirmed to be in its original condition, you will be credited for the full amount minus the cost of shipping and handling.

If you paid by credit card or credit card authorization, your credit card will be credited for the balance of the refund.

If you paid by certified check, you will receive the refund balance by corporate check. Allow one week for refund check to delivered to the address of the sender.

If you paid by bank wire, funds will be refunded to your account in 2 to 3 days by bank wire


Certified-Plus Diamond Special Order Mounting Return Policy:
All “special order” mountings are custom made to specific mounting style, specific stone size, metal type, and finger size. Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) WILL NOT provide a refund on “special order” mountings.

Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) does guarantee every “special order” mounting to be manufactured to the highest standards of quality. You can be assured every mounting will manufactured to the highest standards of quality and all stones will be securely set. If your special order does not meet these high standards of workmanship, your “special-order” mounting will be remanufactured in the same design.

If you special order one or more Certified-Plus Diamonds quality mounting designs, a prepaid deposit of fifty percent of the total mounting price is required. Prepaid deposits on “special order” mountings are nonrefundable if canceled after the manufacturing process has started.

Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) WILL provide a full refund (minus shipping) on Certified-Plus Diamonds that are INDIVIDUALLY PURCHASED separate from the mounting and set in Certified-Plus Diamonds special order mountings. Individually purchased Certified-Plus Diamonds have to be received in the original condition postmarked on or before ten (10) days from the date postal records indicate your order was signed for received.


Certified-Plus Diamond In-Stock Mounting Return Policy:

Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes Inc.) will provide a refund of the purchase price of all “in-stock” mountings. A twenty percent restocking fee will be charged if you elect to return your “in-stock” mounting order.

If you decide to return your Certified-Plus Diamond “in-stock” mounting, the return shipment must be received by Certified Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) postmarked on or before ten (10) days from the date postal or Federal Express records indicate your order was signed for and received. The restocking fee covers labor costs associated with this purchase; such as, consultation, adjusting the setting, sizing etc. “In-stock” orders include most basic “in-stock” solitaire mountings as well as Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes, Inc.) complete selection of ““in-stock” mountings. “In-stock” mountings will be indicated on the invoice.


Return Policy On Jewelry, Watches, Pearls & Gold Jewelry:

All “in-stock” ready for delivery  jewelry, watches, pearls and gold jewelry may be returned for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 10 days from the time postal records indicate that your Certified-Plus Diamonds order was signed for received and you will receive a full refund for the purchase price minus the cost of the shipping on any “in-stock” jewelry, watch, pearl or fashion jewelry item. Refunds will not be given on “special-order items” that are specially manufactured by request.


Important Refund Information You Should Know:

Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes Inc.) will not refund or be responsible for diamonds or merchandise lost, stolen or damaged after your order has been delivered and signed for at the requested delivery address or Federal Express pickup location.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SIGN FOR THE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE.

Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes Inc.) also will not refund purchases or be responsible for lost packages that are accepted and signed for by someone other than buyer.

All sales are final and refunds will not be made on any merchandise returned to Certified-Plus Diamonds (Droste’s Jewelry Shoppes Inc.) after ten (10) days have passed from the date postal or Federal Express records indicate your package was delivered and signed for received.
