Shipping Procedures:

If you intend to pay by certified check or bank wire, Certified-Plus Diamonds will ship orders to a home address, a business address or to a Federal Express pickup location for pickup at your convenience.

If you wish to pay by credit card or credit card authorization, Certified-Plus Diamonds requires shipment of your order to be sent to the credit card billing address of credit card holder.

At the discretion of Certified-Plus Diamonds, credit card authorizations and credit card orders may be allowed to be shipped to an card holders office address or to a Federal Express pickup location.

If you cannot have your diamond sent to the home billing address of your credit card, an exception may be made by completing Certified-Plus Diamonds easy and confidential secure buyer credit card authorization purchase form.

Before shipment is processed, Certified-Plus Diamonds will confirm with the buyer the desired shipping address. Certified-Plus Diamond orders will be shipped Federal Express Overnight Delivery. Prior to shipping, your Certified-Plus Diamond order will be inspected, recorded by Sarin proportion analysis and then the exact contents of your order will be video taped during packaging. This is for the protection of you, the buyer, and Droste’s Certified-Plus Diamonds. If you choose to return your order, we will confirm the original item(s) is returned in its original condition. Please remember the buyer is responsible for shipping & handling including all postal insurance fees and applicable taxes

It is very important that YOU, THE BUYER, sign for the receipt of your package. Certified Plus Diamonds WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND and is not responsible for lost packages that are accepted and signed for by someone other than you, the buyer.

When you receive your Federal Express shipment from Certified-Plus Diamonds, examine it carefully in the presence of the Federal Express delivery representative. DO NOT accept your package if you see evidence of tampering and call Certified-Plus Diamonds immediately.

Return Shipping Procedures:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. CALL CERTIFIED-PLUS DIAMONDS AT 1-800-766-7119. RETURN ORDERS WITH A PURCHASE PRICE UNDER $25,000 MUST BE RETURNED BY REGISTERED MAIL USING THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. INSURE YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT THROUGH THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE ON THE SALES RECEIPT. REQUEST A RETURN RECEIPT FROM THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. TO RETURN ORDERS WITH A PURCHASE PRICE OVER $25,000 MUST CALL CERTIFIED-PLUS DIAMONDS AT 1-800-766-7119 FOR SAFE AND PROPER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.

Return shipment by registered mail usually costs between $10.00 and $20.00. Place the return order with its Certified Diamond Report along with sales receipt inside the return shipment. Be sure the package is completely sealed and return it to the address below. We thank you for your cooperation and the care that is necessary in handling expensive merchandise.
